Return Eligibility
Products must be:
- Returned within 14 days of purchase
- - Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- - In original packaging with all tags attached
- - Not damaged by normal wear and tear
How to Return a Product

- 3. Wait for return shipping instructions
- 4. Ship the product back to us in its original packaging
- 5. Include your order number or tracking number with the return
Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic returns ship free
- - International returns: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned product, we will:
- Inspect the product (within 5 business days)
- 2. Process your refund if approved
- 3. Issue the refund to your original payment method (within 5-10 business days)
Refund Amount
Refunds include:

Non-Refundable Items

Defective Products
